You’re invited to participate in this annual three-day event! During the Craft Walk, shoppers will visit homes, churches, businesses, and other locations in Genoa and Kingston to shop for handcrafted gifts. We would like to also feature restaurants in Genoa and Kingston on the Craft Walk map to encourage shoppers to stop for a quick bite to eat at local establishments. Restaurants who participated last year reported increased sales during the three days of the Craft Walk, especially during the lunchtime hours! Our maps and advertising reaches over 10,000 people!
The cost to participate is $35. This fee provides:
- your listing on our map, including a brief description of your menu
- copies of the map to hand out before and during the Craft Walk
- a welcome poster to display at your location
- advertising the event locally with banners, flyers, and digital advertising
- features your restaurant and food offerings on our Facebook page and website
All restaurant locations should:
- Be a restaurant or other location that provides food with an address in Genoa or Kingston.
- Be open during the lunch-time hours on Dec. 4-6, 2025.
- Encourage shoppers to visit all locations, and stamp their maps if they’d like to be entered into our drawing.

This is something new that we began two years ago, so we are eager to hear your feedback! We hope this will encourage out-of-town shoppers to stay longer in our wonderful community, and local shoppers to revisit their favorite eateries.
